This initial consultation zoom meeting is designed to gather as many facts about the particular business problem you are attempting to solve.  We want to get to know you and learn about the way you do business and how you have integrated technology into your particular business processes.

During this phase it's time to put ideas down in "writing" and to begin to diagram out your solution through a whiteboard design.  During this phase our approach to our whiteboard design is to;

1. Ask questions that leads us specifically to solving your business challenge
2. Ask questions about the participating in the workflow.
3. Document  the main steps of the workflow(s) involved
4. Diagram out the workflow process in a few screens
5. Summarize the business process, talk about alternatives, improvements or other use cases

This phase is where we roll up our "coding sleeves" and begin the process of imagining, designing, creating, deploying and testing our code that is specific to making your business processes more efficient.
