During this phase it's time to put ideas down in "writing" and to begin to diagram out your solution through a whiteboard design. During this phase our approach to our whiteboard design is to;
- Ask questions that leads us specifically to solving your business challenge
- Ask questions about the participating in the workflow.
- Document the main steps of the workflow(s) involved
- Diagram out the workflow process in a few screens
- Summarize the business process, talk about alternatives, improvements or other use cases
